! Ann had married 1st in England Dr. James Truman. By this marriage she had 4 daughters. Ann Skinner made a will on 4 May 1713 and a codicil on 30 Jul 1713. The codicil was proven on 19 Jun 1714 and the will on 29 Jun 1714. Bequests of money to buy rings were left to her daughters, Martha Greenfield and Elizabeth Green and to each of her unnamed grandchildren. The balance of her estate was left to the three sons.

Feb 1993: Page 256: The will of Ann SKINNER, widow of the emigrant, dated 4 May 1713, proved 19 Jun 1714, Calvert Co, names her three sons, calling Clarke SKINNER her eldest son [MCW 4:14]. If Robert were still alive, he could not be her son. The will of Mary MACKALL (above) implies that Robert SKINNER was still alive in Jan. 1715/16. Being made guardian of his brothers he was apparently adult in 1686. He must have been born to a previous marriage, since Ann, widow of James TRUMAN, m. Robert SKINNER (1st) after TRUMANšs death in 1672 [MCW 1:70].
